A day in the lakes why not?
I’ve been doing some work over the last year for the really very lovely people at Country House Wedding Venues.
Appleby Castle is currently transforming itself into a wedding venue.
I drove up the night before so I could do a dawn raid and kept my fingers crossed for a sunrise. Then, through out the day the team of florists, caterers and stylists arrived and we began a pretty herculean effort of photographing bedrooms, ceremony rooms, dining halls, bars and the grounds. And often several variations.
