The good folks at Stars and Stripes Air were good enough to helicopter me down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon (for a fee of course).
It was a fabulous experience being within the canyon walls, not to mention the views from the air of the canyon, the Hoover Dam (and nearly constructed bypass bridge) and the fantastically barren area around the very inappropriately named Meadview.
