BIO

I’m a Poet, Musician and Theatre-maker based in Wrexham. Alongside my own work, I produce community art and culture projects that facilitate accessible arts opportunities within local communities as well as providing opportunities for local artists.

Currently, I’m coordinating a community place-making project with Canal and River Trust, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to engage with communities across the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Wrexham.

Previously I was Assistant Director on the National Theatre Wales TEAM production. A Proper Ordinary Miracle, which was cocreated with people experiencing homelessness in Wrexham. I also coordinated the Wrexham Memorial Flame as exhibited in the #75MemorialFlames exhibition with AVOW and the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust

My first chapbook Signed Asbestos was runner-up for the Erbacce Price and I’ve been commissioned by National Theatre Wales, Ty Pawb, Safer Streets, Chester Pride and Donmar Warehouse. Last year I released my first EP Hometown at Pontypridd Green Week and over the last 10 years I’ve performed at events and venues across the UK including Roundhouse London, Wales Millenium Centre, Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, Focus Wales and Everyman Theatre and Playhouse.
