When the Boat changed hands a few years ago, they brought me in to photograph their new menu in development, then I went back again to photograph the renovated bar and restaurant.
The Boat has an immensely long history and in recent years has had some high and low points, but has always been a great destination in North Wales and the borders, so I was excited to see what the new team had done with the place.
