Damien Roden, former Wrexham player-turned coach and educator released the book Fit For Every Game which became a Football Fitness Bible and was adopted by many teams as their go-to reference manual.
For the book, the publishers required high-quality imagery to illustrate the many hundreds of exercises, as such we utilised the white-room at ROC2 Studios. The room’s infinity cove was perfect for the clean look we required for the images, and was also only a few minutes from Damien’s house, which was certainly a bonus for a busy man.
